Empowering Lives. Supporting Futures.

Specialist supported living for adults with complex needs.

Fenwick Community Support was set up to provide high-quality, person-centred care and welcoming homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge. We focus on understanding each person as an individual, helping them build skills, gain independence, and live the life they choose. Our approach combines compassion, expertise, and innovative thinking, with services including supported living, active support, positive behaviour support, and trauma-informed care.

Meet The Co-Founder / Managing Director
Sabrina Nash

With over 20 years’ experience in social care leadership, Sabrina has launched and led supported living services across London, Surrey, Sussex, and Gloucestershire. As a parent of children with Autism and ADHD, and lived experience supporting behaviours that may challenge, she brings a deep personal understanding of the challenges families face.

Sabrina combines this personal insight with values-driven, outcome-focused leadership, sector expertise, and strong partnerships across NHS teams, local authorities, housing providers, and community organisations.

“My passion is to create supported living services where people feel safe, empowered, and able to thrive, services that truly understand and respect the challenges families face every day.”

Her vision is to lead Fenwick in setting the standard for ethical, empowering, and innovative supported living, where people have real choice, independence, and control over their lives.
